• Level 5 Diploma in Teaching Learners with Dyslexia/ Specific Learning Difficulties (September 2022)

• I have been in education for 10 years and have worked in state, independent and specialist schools. I simply love supporting and teaching children within their learning. I am extremely passionate about helping children overcome the barriers to their learning, by teaching strategies that help support them in the classroom, and to build up confidence and independence. Children’s happiness and education is extremely important to me, and I feel privileged to be able to contribute to their learning.
• Dyslexia has become an area close to my heart, I will go above and beyond to find ways to help children, using their strengths to support the areas they may find challenging. I find this an incredibly rewarding job and nothing makes me prouder than watching a child’s confidence blossom.

• I love running and run up to 32 KM a week
• I enjoy playing netball
• I like going on long walks with my Welsh Springer Spaniel
• I love playing board games
• Avocado Smash is my favourite card game
