• I am an energetic, fun and organised person. I enjoy working as part of a team, sharing ideas and learning from each other. I have worked with children for the past 22 years, and more specifically worked to support and diagnose learners with dyslexia for the past 6 years. My children are dyslexic, I therefore completely understand a parental perspective of a child with dyslexia. As part of my other role within a school environment I not only support pupils with dyslexia and other SpLDs but also parents, to help them to understand and support their child at home too.

• I am an animal lover, I have 4 dogs some better behaved than others! I love walking with them in the woods and fields locally.
• My newest hobby is paddle boarding which I enjoy with friends at the weekends along with many hours as a football and rugby mum of 3 boys at the side of a pitch.
